The beginning of chapter 1, somebody may want to listen to the reading of this book so I decided to do audio recordings. The rise of the robots was authored by Martin Ford. The book is now some years old, so the information isn’t as accurate. Within the time it has been on sale, a lot hasn’t transpired. But some obvious changes have happened.

Life 3.0: Being Human in the Age of Artificial Intelligence by Max Tegmark Book Review The race for human-level AI is in full swing. It’s not an inquiry of whether AGI will come, yet when. We don’t know the thing exactly would happen when it does, yet several scenarios are feasible: humans could upgrade their “hardware” and join with machines, or a super-intelligence might take over the world. The thing that is certain is mankind would have to ask itself some big philosophical questions in terms of the features that make us human. ********************************* For summary; https://goodbooksummary.com/life-3-0-by-max-tegmark-book-summary-review/ ********************************* Buy this book from Amazon ********************************* http://www.richmondhill-ga.gov/Jobs.aspx?JobID=31

But despite our best science fiction visions, creating digital intelligence is incredibly difficult. The universe is a very complicated place, and humans have had millions of years to evolve the ability to navigate and make sense of it. Contemporary attempts to create AI have us looking more at how our own brains work to see how a computer could simulate the core activities that create our intelligence. No matter how we get there, it is certain that artificial intelligence will have tremendous impact on our society and economy, and lead us down a path towards evolving our own definitions of humanity. HELLOW HUMANZ! This is my review and summary of an amazing book: Life 3.0: Being Human in the Age of Artificial Intelligence written by Max Tegmark. We are approaching times when machines start to understand our world. There is a possibility, that in the near future we will be working with Artificial Intelligence as equal partners. This idea divided people into two groups. Some people expect androids to be our slaves, and others think that people will be working for AI. How should we approach this new age? Should we destroy all electronics, or work harder to make AI more powerful as soon as possible? The author talks about every possible argument and every point of view regarding AI. It’s hard to find the main conclusion because we have only theories. I found that a lot of those possibilities made me think more about my future and life overall. We all heard about automated cars. There are many prototypes of self-driving cars, and there is a big discussion about safety. Let’s say you’re driving, and 2 people suddenly walked in on the road in front of you – one from the left and one from the right. The car has to decide how to react to this situation: A – hit the old person on the left side of the road. B – hit the kid running after a ball on the right side of the road or C – hit the tree next to the road, and probably injure [More]

The rise of AI has the potential to transform our future more than any other technology—and there’s nobody better qualified or situated to explore that future than Max Tegmark, an MIT professor who’s helped mainstream research on how to keep AI beneficial. How can we grow our prosperity through automation without leaving people lacking income or purpose? What career advice should we give today’s kids? How can we make future AI systems more robust, so that they do what we want without crashing, malfunctioning or getting hacked? Should we fear an arms race in lethal autonomous weapons? Will machines eventually outsmart us at all tasks, replacing humans on the job market and perhaps altogether? Will AI help life flourish like never before or give us more power than we can handle? What sort of future do you want? This book empowers you to join what may be the most important conversation of our time. It doesn’t shy away from the full range of viewpoints or from the most controversial issues—from superintelligence to meaning, consciousness and the ultimate physical limits on life [More]
