The AI also enables mass communication about pending overtime, making for a powerful combination.

AI analytics also helps with employee turnover, according to Classon. The AI keeps users aware of trends in the workforce analytics and help them spot trouble areas and possible remedies, ultimately reducing turnover and reducing hiring and offboarding costs.
