Taming Particles is a winning project from NASA Space Apps 2022. The team won the Best Use of Technology by tackling the "Outfitting a Mars Habitat: A 3D Print Challenge". The team has developed a structure of interchangeable parts serving as building blocks for various systems needed on Mars. From waste removal to crew morale, as well as including tooling lost during landing and a rover replacement wheel. They demonstrated how these parts can be combined in multiple assemblies, thus saving scarce materials
