THE FUTURE IS HERE

Neuralinks Brain Chip Patients Go Live! #innovation #trending #future #china #usa #tech #shorts

Neuralink has officially gone international. Canadian patients have become pioneers in the CAN-PRIME study, getting wireless brain-computer interface implants at Toronto Western Hospital. These are the first Neuralink surgeries performed outside the U.S. The goal: allow people with spinal cord injuries or ALS to control external devices just by thinking.

Two Canadian men (one from Ontario, one from Alberta) received implants in late August / early September 2025. Within minutes, they were able to move a computer cursor simply through thought. This is a major step forward for accessibility and neurotech.

Risks remain (surgery, brain‐electrode interface, long-term safety). This is early, but the possibilities are huge.
