Take a tour of our Microelectronic Engineering MS clean room with Graduate Program Director, Dr. Robert Pearson. The RIT Clean Room has a complete SMFL Tool Set which allows for processing of 100 and 150 millimeter wafers for both research and education. The multi-million dollar equipment is so advanced that many researchers and alumni visit RIT to utilize the facilities.
