llstarlight says:

Move over Rogan – Lex is the next number one lol

llstarlight says:

Lex is so yummy – I wonder if he listens like that to his wife _

Benjamin Crouzier says:

Some of the people I'd love to see on your podcast: Russ Salakhutdinov, Frank Wood, Noah D. Goodman, Vikash Mansinghka, Kevin Ellis. Please make it happen 🙂

Ronaldino Crosdale says:

Michael I Jordan finally helped me understand math and I actually understand what he's saying. He doesn't beat around the bush, only when he uses those words of jargon.

6angus6elly Gaming Channel says:

How can I stop Spotify from recommending me songs by Kehlani?

Randy payano says:

This channel is my new TV.

Nordic Elite says:

without the video he sounds exactly like Anthony Bourdain

mike says:

he is contrarian, he belongs to the hippy, anarchic generation, he must be AGAINST… he is definitely the extreme left side of computer culture, that is how to say, the OLD computer culture… as a real hippy he talks about Mumbai, India…That's Berkeley, folks !

Consumer OneEightEightSeven says:

Thanks for an informative scientific interview.

Chubu Luk says:

You know a person is wise when he/she begins answering saying they’re not an expert on the topic as opposed to blabbering about your assumptions and bias on the topic.

aadesh deshmukh says:

50, newyork times podcast

William Humphries says:

The Bill Belichek of AI

김태완 says:

oh my god i wanna buy his book but no book available at amazon… please publish your book MJ. Everybody's gonna buy it

Kalle Gutta says:

MJ was just pointing out how thingsare and not how many of so called "innovators" are trying to BS us into. he was talking just like my father and that is the way i see it.

swampy says:

lot of scientists don't want to explain the basics and refer to a beautiful paper .. i am not blaming anyone but i think not much can be done here. .. and creates a gap i guess

Andy H says:

This guy is better than Charlie Rose!

monkeyboy says:

Talking about Artificial Intelligence today is like the ancient Greeks talking about how to get to the moon. Wow! That's someone really calling it like it is. Michael Jordan. The most all round intelligent man you will ever hear.

chihab bennaser says:

I really wanted to know his opinion about reinforcement learning since the "restriction" of the data that he mentioned at 21:00 isn't there and how close to human intelligence systems based on RL can be.

coreyalmon says:

Does anyone know any textbooks or papers on decision making as said by mj?

J Fritz says:

If a lot of these decisions based on data are better than any human being on earth, how is that not some sort of intelligence?.

I agree wholeheartedly that this is headed towards some new discpliine that nobody is quite sure how it's going to unfold. It's fun to speculate how it's all going to play out.

Jimmy J Crack Da Bomb says:

This Michael Jordan is a dick just like the other Michael Jordan lol

Justin Kerns says:

I would love to see Jordan and Musk have a debate on AI, Mchine Learning, all things technology.

Jack Seymour says:

seems to me he values the ivory tower a bit much.

the academic/scientific model of the past is too slow, modern practical scstterd research is light years faster than the academic model.
