This session introduced the concepts behind Natural Language Processing (NLP), that is, using machines to analyse, understand and generate language.

It starts with a primer on what NLP is and how it is used. Followed by three short 10-minute case studies from practitioners using NLP in education, healthcare and commercial settings.
