Capillary started its operations in Bangalore with SaaS-based mobile-first loyalty program. However, by 2015, Aneesh was the only founder left at the company and it was also losing money rapidly which lead him to shut operations in a couple of markets after rapid expansion. Aneesh managed to turn things around by making Capillary into an omnichannel customer engagement platform to help both online and offline brands.

The startup was bootstrapped by Sashi for more than a decade and today, it has more than 350 customers around the globe across multiple industries and has processed transactions worth more than $1.3 trillion. HighRadius raised its first outside investment in 2017 and became a unicorn in 2020.

Today, Zoho has more than 50 million users across more than 180 countries.
