In this video I discuss the recent trend of USCIS waiving biometrics appointments for several cases. Back in March, USCIS issued a statement that they would waive biometrics appointments for I-765 renewal applications and use previously submitted biometrics. Recently, we have seen that they have expanded this to other applications such as I-751, N-400 and I-485.
