Fears humans could lose control of military AI devices
Activists are warning limits need to be in place for the use of Artificial Intelligence in combat to prevent devices from getting out of human control.

World-renowned AI expert Dr Missy Cummings told Sky News Australia there needs to be “checks and balances” in place.
“If we hold people, companies, accountable for mistakes both on the battlefield but also in the commercial civilian world – that’s how we’re going to ensure that these technologies don’t get out of control,” Dr Cummings said.
