CTO of ServiceNow, Alan Leinwand discussed the recent acquisition of Parlo. This acquisition was made to give a new capability to the ServiceNow platform – natural language processing. Understanding natural language will become a native capability of the SN platform, opening up a whole new world to ServiceNow users.
