Associate professor at UTM and one of the directors for DF Automation & Robotics Sdn Bhd, Dr. Yeong Che Fai talks about how our common interactions with Artificial Intelligence during our day-to-day activities has brought up multiple questions about our association with them. A ‘friendly-relationship' or ‘it's-complicated-relationship'? Yeong Che Fai is the Director for DF Automation & Robotics. Bearing a PhD in Bioengineering from the Imperial College London, Che Fai is also currently an associate professor at UTM. His company has produced industry 4.0 enabled robots which have been exported to Singapore, Thailand, India, Mexico and Europe. He has won more than 100 awards nationally and internationally including the World Invention Award at British Invention Show, Korea Inventor Award Festival and Innovate Malaysia. He is also a frequent technical & motivational speaker for a series of subjects including 'Robotics’, ‘AI’, ‘Leadership’.
