Generative AI company Forethought is taking on service market giants Salesforce and Zendesk with the launch of Autoflows: simple, natural language prompts where customer support stuff can specify a goal or policy, and let the AI figure out the rest. Forethought CEO Deon Nicholas joins Caroline Hyde and Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Technology.”
