A team of Australian physicists trained an artificial intelligence system to create a Bose-Einstein condensate, the experiment which won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2001

Joe Stitz says:

Then allow the new quantum computer and ai to mind meld !
See what they come up with, together. No Q computer ? Well then, make one !

MotorsportsX says:

it didnt really "learn physics" it just learned how manipulation of a laser created a colder environment. that doesnt make it intelligent, that makes it good at doing what it was programmed to do.

mark jones says:

We can learn from these learning machines… After all, haven't we all learned from one mentor, situation or another?

Ahmed N says:

I still don't understand, did they use a quantum computer to run the calculation? Because at some point they said that it would have taken them more time than the age of the universe if the used a regular program, so was that a quantum calculator that they used to figure it out?
