I hate customer service chatbots and every time one prevents me from solving my problem or from talking to a human I will be ceasing working with that company. Many people don’t trust AI chatbots and do not want to give sensitive customer data over to one, yet companies will continue to integrate them because, well, many customers won’t drop the company even if they hate it.
