The NSA Cyber Exercise (NCX) is a near full spectrum cyber operations program that helps develop and test the cybersecurity skills of U.S. Service Academies' cadets and midshipmen. The 2018 NCX will take place 19-21 March 2018 at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
