How is a Machine going to decide, how good a candidate is? Would they be able to figure out, how Competitive or Capable a person is, by judging way He or She moves his lips, Eyebrows, Retina, Hands/ Legs. AI is good to get the job done but this selection process might actually render a lot of people; useless/ Redundant.
