OYe Nations says:

Sort of makes the creatures descrihed in REvelation not so far fetched. Who knows…..what evil will ensue with all the "evil inventions"???

FNAF pro671 says:

can i ask y it has guns on the side it is not a art work it is a killing robot

badlandskid says:

Does anyone else think asimo is constipated?

michael kirk says:

The headline for this piece is misleading. What is the point?

Lady Dyxea says:

I love it, if it's for the good of man kind.  Now if only you can make him stand straight, that would be wonderful. 🙂

RRRanch says:

So everyone is so smart and the robot cant walk it huh? Well teach it to crawl first before it walks just like all humans!

In other words they wanted a water cooling setup, as you would have in a gaming PC, Most likely cause they assumed it looked cooler, as I can see many many implications with water cooling a moving machine.

Robert Sneddon says:

Cue the Termuinator theme

zorknog1 says:

Just don't breath on asimo or it  will fall over!  Boston Dynamics makes the real deal!  Amercians always win in creativity because of creative individuals!  Teams cannot create!  Only individuals have vision!  Teams can build and innovate but its the indvidual that changes the world!

Daver Son says:

This is old crap – going for likes are we? Get a job useless.

Vanessa de petter says:

so stupid

Richard Best says:

Where is the rest of this NHK documentary. This stops in the middle

Jay Dillon says:

Rather than wasting time teaching robots to "climb stairs," "bend backwards," "turn faucet," "open doors," just spend your time and money on "mapping" a robot to a human being, such that a human's movements are accurately replicated remotely. Then via my new invention called "Tele Vision" one can control the robot and do the tasks without exposure to high radiation levels. One wonders where the common sense of engineers really goes in these situations. As long as a person on the other end can view and move in accordance with the viewed surroundings and environment, you don't have to do any "special teaching" of the device, you are simply moving your own body at a distance, via the mapping program. This type of device is already known, and is used in some situations, but somehow people don't make the conceptual leap to simplicity without this kind of "hint." One wonders how much of the world is messed up for lack of the common sense of a ten year old kid.

OO says:

Jesus is a faggot!

FarmY says:

I don't like this idea. It reminds me of the terminator story, and skynet. Google has recently bought boston dynamics which are the owners of some of the worlds craziest robots. Google are getting overwhelmed with power, and that is not good. Google will be able to control these robots via the internet and nearly be invincible. Things such as face recognition technology will be able to save all of the rich, and leave the poor to suffer. I think world war 3 will be humans against robots, and judging by this technology i don't think humans will end up well???

That's just my opinion

Your Opinion Is Invalid says:

Japan – Making Humanoids to have sex with.

America – Making Humanoids to destroy the world.

Samuel Faict says:

Hubo, what a great machine, a body without a mind… useless. Ironically, in Belgium, Hubo is the brand of a DIY shop, lol.
